These Terms of Service govern your use of Network SpeedLab, an Android internet speed test, Wi-Fi analysis and local network diagnostic utility. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Description of the service

Network SpeedLab provides internet speed measurement, Wi-Fi analysis, latency and signal analysis, network health assessment, diagnostic recommendations and local network visibility. Results are informational and are not a guarantee of network performance.

Speed-test limitations

Results may vary with the test server, server distance, ISP, Wi-Fi signal, router, congestion, device hardware, VPN, background apps, routing, mobile carrier and time of day. A single test does not guarantee permanent or contractual performance.

Diagnostic limitations

Network Health Score, Smart Diagnosis, connection ratings and Wi-Fi recommendations use available measurements and analysis rules. They are guidance, not guaranteed professional network-engineering advice, and may not resolve every issue.

Wi-Fi and LAN use

Only scan or inspect networks you own, manage or have permission to inspect. Do not use Network SpeedLab to gain unauthorized access, interfere with networks, bypass security or facilitate malicious activity.

Acceptable use

You must not use the app to violate applicable law, attack networks, misuse infrastructure, distribute malware, intentionally interfere with third-party networks or impersonate Tallyvio.

Permissions and data usage

Some functions may require Nearby Wi-Fi, Location, Notification or Usage Access permissions. Permissions vary by Android version and may be denied, but related functionality may stop working. Speed tests can consume significant mobile, metered or limited broadband data. You are responsible for carrier, ISP and other data charges.

Battery, accuracy and availability

Monitoring, repeated scans, network tests and the foreground Speed Monitor may consume battery. We do not guarantee exact measurements, continuous service, server availability, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Android device or Wi-Fi scan availability. Android versions and manufacturer restrictions may affect behavior.

Third-party infrastructure

External test or diagnostic servers may change, become unavailable, impose limits or produce different results. Tallyvio does not control third-party network infrastructure. Network SpeedLab and Tallyvio are independent from your ISP, mobile carrier, router manufacturer and Wi-Fi equipment vendor unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Privacy and local data

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy section of this same Legal Center. Local history may be removed when you delete it, clear app storage or uninstall the app. No cloud backup is promised unless a future feature explicitly provides one.

Intellectual property

Network SpeedLab branding, original code, graphics and original application materials belong to Tallyvio or applicable licensors. Third-party and open-source libraries remain governed by their respective licenses.

Restrictions

You may not impersonate Network SpeedLab or Tallyvio, redistribute proprietary components without permission, intentionally interfere with app infrastructure or use branding misleadingly, except where applicable law or relevant open-source licenses allow otherwise.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Measurements depend on real-world conditions. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Tallyvio is not responsible for indirect losses caused by network outages, reliance on diagnostic recommendations, third-party server failure or changes to a user’s router or network configuration. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

User responsibility

You are responsible for confirming network settings before changing them, ensuring authorization to inspect a network and deciding whether to act on recommendations. Network SpeedLab does not automatically control third-party routers unless a feature explicitly says otherwise.

Changes and termination

Tallyvio may update features, change algorithms, add or remove functionality and update Android support. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Tallyvio may restrict abusive use where reasonably necessary for legal or security reasons. These Terms may be updated as the service changes.

Thông tin ứng dụng truy cập

Wi-Fi và mạng nội bộ

Ứng dụng có thể truy cập SSID, BSSID, cường độ tín hiệu, tần số, kênh và các điểm truy cập Wi-Fi lân cận. Tùy phiên bản Android, có thể cần quyền Vị trí hoặc Thiết bị Wi-Fi lân cận. Kiểm tra tốc độ và lưu trữ

Kiểm tra tải xuống, tải lên, ping và chẩn đoán sẽ liên lạc với máy chủ Internet bên ngoài. Máy chủ từ xa có thể thấy IP công cộng của bạn; Tallyvio không tuyên bố lưu IP này. Lịch sử kiểm tra, kết quả, điểm sức khỏe mạng, phiên tín hiệu, cài đặt, ngôn ngữ, giao diện và trạng thái giới thiệu có thể được lưu cục bộ bằng SQLite hoặc SharedPreferences. Lịch sử vẫn trên thiết bị trừ khi bạn chủ động chia sẻ.

Tài khoản, chia sẻ và bên thứ ba

Ứng dụng hiện không yêu cầu tài khoản, không có hồ sơ hoặc tài khoản đám mây. Phiên bản hiện tại không dùng SDK quảng cáo bên thứ ba và không bán thông tin cá nhân. Máy chủ kiểm tra, liên kết ngoài và ứng dụng nhận dữ liệu qua Android Share có chính sách riêng mà Tallyvio không kiểm soát.

Lưu giữ, bảo mật và quyền kiểm soát

Sử dụng Wi-Fi/LAN và mục đích phù hợp

Chỉ quét mạng bạn sở hữu, quản lý hoặc được phép kiểm tra. Không dùng ứng dụng để truy cập trái phép, can thiệp, vượt qua bảo mật, tấn công mạng, phát tán mã độc, vi phạm pháp luật hoặc mạo danh Tallyvio.

Quyền, dữ liệu và pin

Các tính năng có thể cần quyền Wi-Fi lân cận, Vị trí, Thông báo hoặc Usage Access; bạn có thể từ chối nhưng chức năng liên quan có thể ngừng hoạt động. Kiểm tra tốc độ có thể tiêu tốn đáng kể dữ liệu di động hoặc kết nối tính phí; bạn chịu trách nhiệm về mọi khoản phí. Giám sát, quét lặp lại, kiểm tra và Speed Monitor có thể tiêu tốn pin.

Độ chính xác, sẵn có và bên thứ ba

Tallyvio không bảo đảm số đo tuyệt đối, dịch vụ liên tục, máy chủ luôn sẵn sàng, tương thích mọi thiết bị Android hoặc khả năng quét Wi-Fi. Máy chủ bên ngoài có thể thay đổi, ngừng hoạt động hoặc giới hạn. Network SpeedLab và Tallyvio độc lập với ISP, nhà mạng, nhà sản xuất router và thiết bị Wi-Fi trừ khi có tuyên bố khác.

Quyền riêng tư và dữ liệu cục bộ

Tuyên bố miễn trừ và trách nhiệm

Ứng dụng được cung cấp theo tình trạng “sẵn có”. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Tallyvio không chịu trách nhiệm về tổn thất gián tiếp do mất mạng, dựa vào gợi ý chẩn đoán, lỗi máy chủ bên thứ ba hoặc thay đổi cấu hình mạng. Quyền người tiêu dùng bắt buộc vẫn được bảo lưu.

Trách nhiệm người dùng và thay đổi

Bạn chịu trách nhiệm xác nhận cài đặt mạng, quyền kiểm tra và quyết định có làm theo gợi ý hay không. Tallyvio có thể cập nhật tính năng, thuật toán, chức năng và hỗ trợ Android. Bạn có thể ngừng dùng bằng cách gỡ ứng dụng; Tallyvio có thể hạn chế việc lạm dụng vì lý do pháp lý hoặc bảo mật.
